                           To whom it may concern;

                           I just came across a poster over a large shelf of books in our building
                           here in Baghdad, a poster I must have passed a hundred times before I
                           finally looked at it to see what it said. It was a poster from your
                           store to us, letting us know you were the ones that sent us all the
                           books on the shelves.

                           Just wanted to say a very quick "thank you" for supporting the troops.
                           It really means a lot. As an avid reader, I personally appreciate it a
                           great deal. Your kindness and generousity is noted and appreciated.

                           Thanks,
